A Note of Gratitude
Welcome to the second edition of the Phase 3 PEAK newsletter.
As we continue to work through the Expression of Interest and Staffing milestone we want to express our gratitude to the Unit Transition Team teams, supervisors, staff and operation team leaders who have been participating in the Work Insights Exercise Review, Meet and Greets, Informational Dialogues, Shared Services Roadshow and various meetings. Your partnership continues to be essential in ensuring we achieve our milestone of transitioning work to the shared services teams on March 23, 2026.
Our priority continues to be supporting all of you as we transition staff and work to the operations centers and Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise.
A quick reminder as we approach the end of the week:
This Friday, November 21, the Expression of Interest (EOI) survey closes.
- All EOI-eligible staff who received the survey will need to complete it and submit it by Friday, November 21.
- Remember, opting into the EOI process and scheduling an informational dialogue does not indicate your acceptance of a position. Rather, you are exploring all of your options, expressing interest in being considered for a lateral transfer, and getting your questions answered.
- Once the EOI period closes, you will receive a transfer letter and have three days to accept the offer or decline the offer.
- We anticipate the transfer letters going out on Monday, December 1.
For staff who are non-EOI-eligible but have a percentage of work moving, we encourage you to look at the PEAK job opportunities that are posted.
- Remember - Phase 3 employees who apply by November 21 will receive preferred consideration. We’ve included links below to view the available positions in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise and Finance.
