Units can now find the following documents in the unit collaboration folder or your specific unit folder due to the sensitivity of the information. The Expression of Interest list was the last piece of data you need to fill out Worksheet #2 and begin to determine how processes and roles may change in the new operating model. For supervisors who have questions, please reach out to your transition teams directly.

Expression of Interest List:

• This list will now tell you which employees have accepted the EOI offer and will be moving to the Human Resources Operation Center on October 26, the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise on November 9, and the Finance Operation Center on November 11. You can find the EOI list in your unit specific folder.

Unit Roadmap: 

• Overall snapshot of where units are in each phase of the PEAK implementation. Important note: Please view July and August to ensure your unit is on track and email your training contacts to Mark Shaughessy by August 14. 

Worksheet #2: Future Ways of Working
