About Transition Teams
All academic or administrative units going through the PEAK transformation will have representatives and leaders from the areas of Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Marketing Communications. Together, they form a Transition Team that works in partnership with the PEAK Project Office to help tailor the implementation approach to meet the needs of the unit.
Transition Team members play a vital role in how PEAK is rolled out. They bring forward a better understanding of how each unit functions, which aids in a more seamless transition not just of work moving centrally, but also with the realignment of the work staying in each unit. Within the team, there are one or two people identified as a PEAK Lead; they are the main point of contact for the team, and help foster collaboration, accountability and communication.
Team members serve as a valuable resource for employees and supervisors within the unit as questions arise. Questions or concerns can be directed to respective Transition Team members.
