Workforce Realignment Toolkit: The Workforce Realignment Toolkit was shared with your Unit Transition teams earlier this month. The Toolkit is meant to help transition teams and units plan for how to restructure or realign processes once specific human resources (HR) and finance staff move to the HR and Finance Operations teams as well as the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise in late October/early November.
