Biography

Eric has been an analytics practitioner for 10+ years, with seven years in higher education. Some of Eric's work involves conducting data analysis to derive insights from marketing campaigns and initiatives. He develops and implements measurement frameworks based on organizational and unit needs and uses that data to better understand key audiences.

Sara Froehlich

Biography

As director of digital communications, Sara leads the systemwide digital marketing and communications strategy for University Relations and the University. Her role is to provide strategic direction and establish processes, policies and guidelines for web and email best practices. She guides the development of the University’s Folwell web theme and strives to ensure all digital content aligns the University’s brand identity while also meeting the University’s standards for accessibility and user experience.

Laura Johnson

Biography

Laura Johnson has been at the University since 2004 working with clients across the University on a wide range of marketing communications initiatives. She oversees a team of strategists/project managers specializing in brand management, digital communications -- web and social media-- and marketing campaigns. Her work includes aligning client objectives with strategic priorities; fostering collaboration and teamwork through the agency model; and ensuring we are applying marketing, branding, and project management best practices in all we do.
