Shadon Ghassemlou (she/her) joined the PEAK Office in February 2025 as the PEAK Change Leader. In this role, she supports a university-wide transformation focused on streamlining administrative services through a human-centered approach to change management, organizational design, and operating model transformation.
Shadon began her career in Human Resources and later joined Ernst & Young’s People Advisory Services practice in the D.C. metro area, where she spent eight years consulting with public sector clients across federal, state, and local agencies. Her work focused on enabling mission-driven organizations to translate strategy into action through workforce realignment, team effectiveness, strategic communications, and embedded change leadership.
She believes change management must be fully integrated into the project lifecycle—not treated as a standalone deliverable. Her approach is iterative and adaptive, using both qualitative insights and hard data to guide change readiness, track adoption, and support long-term sustainability. People are always at the center of her work—whether staff, students, faculty, or those impacted by institutional change.
Shadon holds a BA in Psychology and a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota. She’s proud to return to her alma mater to support a transformational effort that reflects both her professional focus and personal commitment to public education.
