The PEAK Project Office Team

From the beginning of the PEAK Initiative, the University has relied on a mix of internal and external expertise to lead the PEAK Initiative. Over time the University has gradually transitioned away from using consulting partners for implementing the initiative by bringing together University employees to advance the work.

The PEAK Project Office Team brings together a unique blend of talent, leadership and expertise to support the PEAK transformation for the University of Minnesota - working together with executive and senior leadership to meet the goals of the project, and support University employees and academic and administrative units who are undergoing change and transition due to PEAK.

Together, the team facilitates workforce transition, change management, communications, and function-specific project support as we move through implementation of the PEAK new service model.
