What's Changing on March 23rd
The PEAK team, along with our service owners, remains committed to supporting you as we prepare for Go Live. We know the last five weeks have been challenging with things outside of work, and we want you to know we are here to support you. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help and we hope that you are all taking care.
Preparing for Go Live
As we approach the go-live service transition on March 23, we will be communicating with you more often.
Our goals are to ensure you are prepared for the transition, are clear on which human resources and finance activities are moving to the shared services teams, and know how to get support post Go Live.
We also want to celebrate the staff who will be moving to new roles within the shared services teams and to reiterate the dates that they will be moving.
Types of Requests using TDX
On March 23, Phase 3 colleges and administrative units will begin requesting the following services from the Finance and HR operations centers and Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise teams, using a technology platform called TeamDynamix (TDX), a ticketing system.
Finance Requests
- Order goods & services
- Pay for goods & services
- Reconcile PCard purchases & maintain U credit card accounts
- Bill outside the U
- Accounting
- Payroll accounting
Human Resources Requests
- Post a position
- Hire an employee
- Employment changes
- End appointments
- Reclassify a position
- Manage persons of interest
- Background check requests
Unit-Specific
Your college and unit transition team are working to create the process flows for your unit to define who will be asked to request these services. Look for communication from your units as well in the coming weeks.
