PEAK Timeline and Upcoming Events

• March-May: Process Discovery To-Be Workshops with Human Resources (HR) and Finance Operations Centers and Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise
• June: Supervisor Meet and Greets: A dedicated session to give supervisors the chance to learn more about possible opportunities for their employees on the shared services teams and to support them in considering their options. Supervisors are strongly encouraged to attend a session.
• June: Staff Meet & Greets: Supervisors and HR and Finance Staff have the opportunity to learn more about the shared services teams. Sessions are held in-person with one virtual option.
• July-November: Expression of Interest & Staffing
• November 30: Go-Live Service Transition: Phase 4 Units begin using the new service model, using TeamDynamix (TDX) to request specific HR and Finance activities.
