Reminders
Through PEAK, all University academic and administrative units are going through a transition to join the new service model for Finance, Human Resources and Marketing Communications work at different times. These units are organized into four planned phases. Phase 1 units transitioned to the new service model in December 2023, and Phase 2 units are scheduled to begin using the new model in December 2024.
Beginning later this year, the PEAK team will begin early preparation for Phase 3, incorporating learnings from past phases.
