Supervisor/Leadership Corner: Staffing and EOI Tools for Supervisors
We anticipate employees will reach out to you as their supervisor, or possibly their unit transition team, with questions. Below you will find some additional resources that could be helpful as you prepare to support employees during this process.
We understand that supervisors are balancing supporting employees in their career development while also assessing the work that will be remaining in the unit and this can be challenging. The best suggestion we can give you from past phases is to have a one-on-one with your employees who are impacted and explain the Staffing and EOI process. The great part is employees will know if they are eligible for an EOI transfer by April 27. This is much earlier than past phases and it will give them an opportunity to explore all of their options. This will also help them reduce their anxiety by taking action to find out more information.
